Engine for a new project

Looking for suggestions on an engine that meets the below, or at least most of them!

Vtwin (metric of course)
Liquid cooled
Chain drive
electric start
prefer EFI
750cc +

Suggestions?

1998 ish Honda Shadow meets most of them (except EFI)

I was going to suggest SV650 engine but that one is, well, a 650.  Maybe an SV1000?

VTR1000, SV1000, TL1000 are all nice motors. VFR800 is a good V4.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  I'm wanting to build a reverse trike with some performance. So really, output would matter more than size for me.  Looks like that SV650 would be a nice motor and the 100 even better!
