If you look at the tach and count the shifts , he was indeed going 164.  I 5 is not the best place in OR. to test your top speed. While the OHP is under staffed, they do patrol the interstate.

We made the news here in Knoxville last week when the police broke off a chase with a bike that was exceeding 135mph...in rush hour traffic in the morning!!  He was weaving in and out of traffic, lane splitting, and apparently even pulled a few wheelies!  Darwin needed to pay him a visit.
