What size bolt?

I am missing the bolt that tightens the clutch lever onto the shift shaft.  I am in need of one and I was at the hardware store and thought that they would have something that I could use as this part is no longer available.

So does anyone know what size this bolt is?  It is number 19 in the attached picture.

That is a 6mm bolt by 20mm.
