GOT IT!! It was loose gear chatter.. timing and balancer both. Waiting for gasket to cure, but I did turn it over a couple times.. smooth, no click!! NEXT!! Throttle cable, brake bolts, front brake caliper is still stuck..BUT She's running again!!!and that always feels better!
