In the box of parts with the bike are 2 rubber 'cones'.  probably 1 1/4" tall, wide base around them & with a hole all the way thru...

i'll try to get a pic up soon, but does this ring a bell with anyone?

Possibly they are the cushions the battery box sets on.   BDC

i think YJ tapped that nail,, i just put those on my project this morning (couldnt sleep anyway ) i considered not putting center stand on at all, but then common sense won out .
now if i can just keep my sawz-all from going after the rear end of the bike ,,,,,

update :  Ron may be right ,,, i just got in from work, saw his post and went out and measured the stand bumpers,, mine are only about one inch long, so they may very well be headlamp bucket isolators ,for top  of headlamp bracket.. i dont have any of those on my bike ,have the vetter mounted on it , guess i should hav eslept more before posting,, sorry .

Headlight mount rubbers. They go into the holes in the upper triple clamp.
