Cant get my rear axel off. all bolts are properly removed and got the brake shoe assembly to spin independently of shaft, was stuck, and can't sem to pound out the axel. hammering on the threaded end with a dead blow and spare axel. the tire spins freely and moves sided to side with no trouble.

I am think that the axel has corrosion and it is getting hung up on the bearing assembly.

I have been hosing it down in PB blasterand pounding on it like there is no tomorrow, but to no luck. Ideas?

Got it. Just had to ask for help... and the bearing had rusted to the axle. To the wire wheel!
