Took carbs off 82' because no fuel spraying in venturas . Carbs needed good cleaning and replaced all parts for both carbs with keyster kits. Filled up rear carb bowl with gas with the upperbody on front carb. throttled carb for five minutes (NOTHING SPRAYED) Had all rubber lines on. I would be thankful for any ideas.

it's not the fuel pump.

first, check the diaphram in the accel pump, be sure it's in correctly (i've had one that was assembled backwards) be sure it didn't tear & that the spring is in correctly.

next try pumping it with the hose off, do you get some fuel in the hose?

next remove the diaphram again, you should see a hole with a silver ball in it. the ball is spring loaded. you should be able to move it slightly with a pick.  if not it's frozen, squirt some carb cleaner on the bowl side of the accel pump, try to force some cleaner in there. a very gentle tap with a hammer in the area may jar it loose.  worse comes to worse, drill out the plug, take the ball & spring out, clean them & reinstall with the plug (fill the hole in the plug with jb weld or other fuel proof epoxy)

you may have the sprayers themselves plugged up, you can carefully remove them by grasping them with vice grips & gently twist them while pulling up. there is a ball & weight below them.  use one simgle strand of picture hanging wire to clean them out (electrical wire is not stiff enough.  install the ball & weight & tap into place. you may have to dress the brass with a file to be sure it fits in the carb top afterward.  you may want to check/clean these before drilling out the plug for the accel pump..
