i have a problem got my bike together it will start and run but after i shut it off and try to start it it backfires and wont start any help is gratefull

Is the battery in good condition and fully charged?  This is critical if you want to start your Vision.

its ok got it taken care of and yes its a new battery just had to change plugs now i need help tunning carbs
