Valve Adjusment

Greetings to all of this forum.
As you can see i am new here, so finding infos which i needed about my XZ 550 was not so easy throug those posts. I found all kind of informations, but didn't manage to find anything about how much my valves should be adjusted (intake-exhoust).
If some of you know the corect "numbers" metric or inch please post it here on this forum.
