Idle issue and bogs down at 4-5k rpm

Low fuel shouldn't cause such a problem.  What is the condition of your spark plug leads?  I would be especially suspicious of the spark plug caps.

Hmm, can't speak to the spark plug caps...  the plugs themselves are new.  They are the original wires and caps though.
