So, i went to my local Yamaha dealer to get an oil filter and i asked about getting carb gaskets.
He said they are out of stock, but he has a machine to make them , and the plans from Yamaha.
He quoted $16 a piece. Is this too good to be true? seems like a good deal.
They are not hard to make, a little gasket material from Pep Boys, a hole punch set from Harbor Freight, and ten minutes to cut one out. Sixteen bucks doesn't sound like such a good deal. BDC
man i want that machine!!!! i HATE cutting out gaskets, makes my fingers hurt!
