I should be picking up my water jet cut Valve Tool for the XZ tomorrow. Can't wait to see if it works. Needless to say I am excited by the potential of water-cutting for fabrication.
This wee project might be interesting for those who want to use up the left-over parts from donor bikes. Great idea? Build your own frame geometry! With a few mods it might just work with an XZ.

It's hard to gauge scale but the seat height looks tall. Interesting concept and I'd like to see a completed unit tested. Are there any?
This is a design in progress. Jack Lennie has just graduated from Napier University in Edinburgh and I suspect that this was a graduation project. He hopes that the working plans and CNC downloadable files will be available within the next 12 months.
There are photos of him sitting on the prototype if you Google "Jack Lennie Tinker" to get an idea of the dimensions.
POD, hadn't noticed the pinhole camera design. Its a nice exercise, but its a bit of a shame that film stock is becoming rare and expensive. Sort of takes away the charm of such bespoke cameras. However, to an old analogue romantic like me, it does validate his bike concept. Steam punk rules!!
This concept would work well with that Polish stainless steel headlamp/tank XZ550 mod that was knocking about a couple of years ago. The one with the Dell'orto carb conversion.
