Asking for a friend, who wrote me with the following:

'I'm looking for the measurement of a bolt (because I think that the Yamaha parts manual is not correct)........this would be the bolt

(there are actually 2 per side) that holds the MIRROR to the cowling (these would be those "sport" mirrors like used on

the XJ650 Turbo models, not the standard handlebar-mounted mirrors.......the XZ550 models seemed to have come

equipped with either style mirror, even if it had the fairing). The "turbo" style mirrors seem to have come on late 1982

and all 1983 fairing-equipped bikes.'

Mine are fitted with M6x25mm Socket Cap screws
