Pulled carbs off bike and ordered rebuild kits , forgot about the fuel pump , Is this something I should also rebuild while the carb is out. It seems like I'm in a hurry to start this thing, but i'll wait if it also needs to be done.
I have gotten away with cleaning the fuel pump out, and re-using the old gaskets. but if the gaskets are shot (peeling apart or torn) you will need to get the kit at some point.
