Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA lets go again baby !!!!!!

Its just a hotdog car muffler with a homemade baffle inserted. It's really quiet. doesn't seem to adversly effect the performance at all.
The baffle is a foot long pipe blocked at the end with lots of holes drilled in it.

Orange is big here in Tennessee (Tn Vols) although i'm a "Dam Yankee" so i'm a Pats fan...

Years ago my wife & I had an ice cream store & one of my favorite flavors was "Dreamsicle" (Orange sherbert & vanilla ice cream)

You could call it "Dreamcycle" lol
(I'm the ice cream man, stop me when i'm passing by.....)

Great color! The white rims and black engine set it off nice.

I did the wheels red, and it looked just ok, and someone suggested white. definately works. Thanks for the positive feedback. :)

spectre

I like it, especially the engine, what paint did you use? and have you noticed any susceptibility to engine fluids or heat?

well I must confess the engine paint is only cheap car engine enamel and so far no fading or bubbling. The wheels are wattle killrust epoxy. brushed on. Apparently it's supposed to be really good stuff. The tank ect is normal  acrylic. has to be cut and polished to get a shine.

that sweet looking bike inspired me to paint my spare wheels and tires white!!  ;D

that blue vision, the first one on your projects page. Is that yours? I love the way you have done the seat. How did you do that? Is it the original seat reshaped?

rockinjer

:-[that blue one is my test edit that i did with GIMP, i was just messing around thinking that the seat could look alot more sporty maybe half Cafe racer but still functional for a passenger and i fell in love with the idea, i will be attempting to reshape my spare seat to look like that in the next few months ;D

Clarence, is that a thrush muffler? How are you supporting it near the tail light?

Thanks!
All in,

its just a hotdog car muffler with a homemade baffle inserted. very agricultural but seems quite effective. It's not secured near the tail light in the photo, but I have a clamp that it is usually bolted under the tail light, but it is quite stable without the it, and I have been riding it around lately without the clamp. Hotdog mufflers are straight through, and a bit too loud to be legal in australia. not sure about other countries?
