Switches...

Hi
I need to change the "main switch" of my vision : the one I've is so distroyed than with any generic key, you could start it...
Somebody told be than a brand new one would be very expensive ($90-$100), so I'd like to know what I could do (as cheap as possible, but I'd like to find the motorcycle when I wake up...)

You could either get one off Ebay, a friend, or get junker, pull out the ignition switch, have a locksmith check the number on the switch and make you a couple of keys.

If you do the third option, make sure the number is on the switch you just horked.

there are LOTS of Vision stuff on Ebay right now, very cheap too.  One or two people are selling lots of stuff so if you don't see what you need, email them, they may have it.  The only thing is that since the switch, fuel cap and seat lock are all keyed alike, they might want to sell them all together.
