Fuel Petcock

Has anyone found a replacement fuel petcock for the 82 vision.  I see where the gas cap replacement comes from an XT225L.  any thoughts on a petcock.  I know there are rebuild kits but still would like to put new one on if possible

If your local Yamaha dealer can't get one , them rebuilding is the only way to go, that I know of. Presonaly I'm  glad that the rebuild kits are available.

I rebuilt mine about a year ago, the kit was from someplace in Indiana. $25.00 or so. Looks new, works great.
