We were up in the Smokies this weekend for my daughters wedding.  Leaves are just barely starting to urun up in the higher elevations.  Staring to look really nice.

Try playing with the "skew" or perspective parts of your photo editor to see how it looks when you get the trees straight.  This would be for the last image.

Nice trees, didn't I see a bike in there?  ;D

Hehe, the trees are straight, off to the center left is a mild hill sloping down and to the left

Huh, it looks like a perspective problem, (low shot, slightly wide angle lens, trees slope roughly toward the center of the frame) but you were there so you should know :-)

I do see what you mean though. Quaker aspen trees grow really tall and thin around here, so the trunks dont resist the wind much either. The ones in the picture are straight, but any aspen thats not in a dense forest setting gets blown over at a 60-70 degree angle.
