Looks like I'm going to have to sell my beloved Vision  :'(

I just spent a lot of money fixing it up, too.  That is:
New factory tailpipes.
New gas tank.
"Lucky 142" carb rebuild.
All new O-Rings in the cooling system.
Rebuilt stator.

It also has:
Progressive springs
"BMW" Fork Brace
Roller triple-clamp bearings
Stainless brake line.

The bike has 14,000 miles on it.  The only flaw is a scuff on the RHS of the sport faring.  (Did I mention that it has a sport faring?)

I will entertain offers in the "1/2 blue book" to  "cost of new parts" range.

Thanks,
Gary.

Lucky

I rebuilt your carbs? I don't remember, but that's not surprising, I've done so many...

Yup, you sure did.  Did a great job too.   ;D

I may have been using a different e-mail address.

uhh, I've been asleep for a year or two, *where* did you manage to locate those factory tailpipes ?

Is this sold yet ?

Gary

Sorry, it has been sold.   :'(

I got the pipes at the local Yamaha dealer.  He had them in his inventory, and was glad to get rid of them  ;D
