Hi All
My exhaust system is in realy good shape except the Mufflers which have been welded and look awful. The question to all you clever people out there is can any muffler that fits go on the splitter. And if so does anyone know what type of muffler would work.
Cheers
Matt

Hi Matt,

I had the same problem. Searched all the internet for replacement. Wanting to keep the bike stock or almost like stock made it even more difficult. In the end I could buy a nearly perfect used stock exhaust. (Thanks Rick  :) ) If you just want to replace the mufflers, MIVV has a replacement. The stock mufflers have to be cut of the balancer, the new mufflers have be welded on the balancer. The mufflers look like stock.

those supertrapps look sweet! I have been wanting to replace my exhaust also,  i like the dual exhaust, but most aftermarket exhaust i have seen with 2 mufflers look really wimpy. and the predator exhaust is beautiful but costs a fortune.  Does anyone know if the supertrapps are the right size to just weld right up to my pipes if i just cut my old mufflers off?

The Summit muffs are for a car but will work on a bike as long as the pipes are mated properly. You can clamp them, tack weld then  braze if you want.
looks aren't important, if she lets you play by your rules
