Hi, 1 week ago my fork seals leaked. I disasebmble front end and i decide to replace old ball bearings on the steering stem with a new ones...
I have a question. Should i remove all ball races before i install new bearings? And what is the dimensions or specifications of the replaceable bearings?

Thank you!  :)

I would change them to tapered bearings. They're much easier to take care of, and will provide a much better ride.

That's a previous thread on how to do that.

:) Yes, you have to remove ALL the old race's before installing the new tapered bearing's. I buy mine from e-bay...

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA lets go again baby !!!!!!

'82 Vision, Pearl Orange finish, lots of up-grades!!!
