leaky front end

hello out there. i nead help i am trying to replace the front fork seals on my love affair.but i can get the damper rod bolt lose. is there a tool to hold it inside? if so what is it. a hex,bolt,pin what. it sucks it's all apart in the garage and i want to ride!

upside down 9/16" bolt with two nuts (1 jam nut) duct taped to an extension

You can buy a set of socket type holders with allen type tips built in. I use an air wrench , but if you don't have one or a compressor to run it with, Think about buying an electric impact. If you don't want to invest in a new one, look in thrift stores and  used tool/junque shops for an electric one . It will prove very handy. .

 :)thanks folks all better now used a bolt and two nuts worked great thank you got one done before dinner.planed on painting tube tonight let!
