need help with a frozen motor

I've banged two rear rod bearings , It starts as a tick tick and advances to a tap, tap and on to a clunk clunk , It will squeek as it locking up.
To be fair, I run the P**s out of it.  I bought the VX , to take the load off of the Vision . I only have one spare bottom end , before I have to start getting cranks reground.

well at least you have a spare! I've got nothin! Haha

For years I have recommended , that all Visionaries have a couple of spare parts bikes . If you don't have room for them take everything off , that you might need, then store it in flat boxes under the bed or old suitcase's in the back of a closet.  You will thank your self later!
