YICS hoses

My '82 has rotten/colapsed/leaky YICS hoses. What type and size of hose is suitable for replacing the stock YICS hoses? I was looking at some fuel injection hose the other day, but it looked a bit on the thick side.

1/4" fueline is a suitable replacement
1982/3 XZ550 Touring Vison, Gold on Black

But don't use vacuum hose , its not gas proof.
