BRAKE FLIUD CHANGE

How often does this group change brake fluid. from what I take most do it when they change their brake lines not routine maintenace.  what are the suggestions to do it right?

I try to do it every 2 years, coolant too

After spending nearly $200 on rebuild kits for my '83, I'll be changing my brake fluid probably every 2 yrs. too. Cheap insurance.
