The Prophet of Doom

The brown wire is a voltage sensing wire for your switched circuit.
The mosfet r/rs are mostly self sensing - certainly the FH0012 is, so doesn't need the separate brown

After changing the stator, R/R, cams, fuse box and some wires I now have tested my current setup. With idle speed I measured from the battery 14,3V without lights. When turning the lights on it dropped to 14,25V. I did't test with higher rpms.

I would consider those voltage readings appropriate for idle rpm.

racuda, nice to see those r/r drop in price. You should be able to notice higher heat on the r/r, and lower heat on the stator case.
