I just listed a very nice Service Manual on eBay for $29.50 plus shipping:

Those who want to buy it directly (here) via ROV will get at a discount of $5 to make it $24.50 plus shipping.

Condition: Pages are like new, no tears, no "dog ear" folded corners, no stains and no grease finger prints. However, on the inside of the back cover, there are some notes inscribed with an ink pen. Cover is good, just some typical scratches & scuffs.
