Front axle stuck

I'm having a hard time trying to remove my front wheel. The spins freely with a screw driver through the right side. I've banged it through with a rubber mallet about 3/4 of an inch to the right but it seems to not go any further except push the fork some. Is the coller on the right side supposed to spin freely on the axle? I think it may be sticking there?

Thought s? Perhaps some PB Blaster will work. Both the nut and the pinch bolt are out.

fret not

Sometimes wheel bearings stick on the axle and need a bit of help.  WD40 or similar usually work and can be cleaned off easily.  The weight of the wheel also adds to the issue, so maybe someone could pull up a bit on the wheel while you try to extract the axle.

Got it out after using some liquid wrench and a rubber mallet. Along with a combo of twisting and pulling.

Thanks again!

Was there any accumulation of stuff on the axle that caused the problem?
