Last night I was out for a ride and the speedo stopped working. I pulloed over and the the cable had come off from the end near the bottom of the forkes.  I reconnected the cable but the speedo is still not working.How do I fix this?

Sounds like the inside of the cable came out and was lost. There's nothing to keep it in if it comes loose from the drive end.

 Napa sells a unversal cut-to-fit replacement core kit, # 615-1795  About $7

Your lucky, This happened to me 2 summers ago, and the core slipped out into the wheel and wraped around the 'spokes' & brakes. Fortunatly I was riding thru the park and happened to be moving slow.

This is a good time for everyone to go check & make sure it's tight...
