Standing handle?

I have one of these in my parts stash.
Does anyone know where it mounts on the bike?
I assume it's for helping lift the bike onto the center stand...

It goes under the seat towards the rear of the seat on the left hand side. Check out some pictures and you will see.

Ok, I see...
I have a luggage rack attached to those points,
so the handle goes back in my stash....
