30 years ago I sold my '82 Vision.  4 weeks ago I started looking at pics on the internet and I'm hooked...again.  If anyone knows of anyone interested in finding a new home for their machine, please put me in contact with them.  I'm not really looking for a huge project, and I'd really prefer a full fairing.  I'm in no hurry.

Hope to hear from someone.

Where are you located? I've been thinking about letting mine go. I'm in north Florida.

Im about as far from Florida as you can get in the US:  Seattle.  Shipping is shipping so get in touch to talk.  What else do we have to do these days?

You should be able to find something closer that will serve you better. I am not much interested in crating it up plus it would come with quite a few spares which would probably cost more to ship than they are worth. Without the bike they would be worthless to me.

OK Walt.  Thanks.  Like I said, I'm in no hurry.

I bought Fiat Doctor's '83 a week ago.  Its in my garage in more than one piece now.  Thanks to the forum for connecting us.  I've got a big smile on my face whenever I come and go now.

Congrats on getting Steve's '83.  The last time I rode with Steve, I recall it being a very smooth running machine, and Steve is a great mechanic so I would say you did well.
I'm another Seattle guy, I had an '83 for about 7 years, and worked through a lot of issues.  I don't claim to be a one of the gurus, but I had my Vision running pretty well when I sold it.  If  I can help (from a social distance of course) let me know

Thanks for the message pullshocks.  I am sure Steve would be flattered and the Vision does run very well.  Perfect for me as I am by no mechanic.  My intent is to keep it running like it is now and focus on appearance.  Maybe I'll have it back together next summer and will get a chance to do some riding.  Glad to know there are resources nearby.

Steve IS flattered.  Pullshocks is a great guy and really enjoyed the couple of rides we had.  Not often you get 2 83's out together.  I've passed your generous supply of parts off to Brian with the hope he will never need them.
It was sad to see the Vision go but it could not have gone to a better home.
