Time to face reality, 82 parts to those who need them.

Time to face reality here. The 1982 is not going to ever get the love I hoped to give it. About a year ago I lost my shop space, and with it a lot of motivation. I still have a real soft spot for the XZ and would like to help out as much as possible. So here is the deal. Any parts you need off this old barn bike are yours. So long as it isn't to expensive I might even include the shipping. Being in southern Nevada, Rust isn't an issue, but heat and dust is. Metal parts should be good, plastic and rubber not so much.
There are some pics on my old introduction thread.

Sorry to hear about the loss of shop space. I know how that goes (mine went up in flames a while back).
I noted the knobby on that back wheel and it set me wondering.

Hello,
curious about the following parts; Brake master cylinder, bike seat. Don’t know if you still have them but curious.

enjoy the wrenching... This bike was sitting for 24 years in a barn. Took a week to get running until the gas tank started leaking....carbs done, coolant lines redone, brakes, tires, new paint, wiring, coolant reservoir vapor cleaned, front forks repacked, up next rear suspension
fret not

Mo, I'm surprised you didn't ask about the tank!

I have my questions. Thise parts I can pay for immediately. Don’t know the tank cost and don’t want to put you out because shipping is crazy this time of year. I was actually considering a road trip lol.

Sorry about not replying for so long don't get on here much.
I do have the seat and master cylinder. And even an extra Kawasaki GPz Master, if you are feeling experamental.
The seat foam is ok, the cover needs some love.

How about the carbs? I'm botched a rebuild and need the jet with the 90 degree pipe that sits in the air flow.
thanks,
Greg
