Finnaly got ahold of some lowers today (YEAH!!!) (well, I have one more side comming) and am fixing the locking lever per Leathers instructions, but I have a question for those with stock levers:
it seems the lever is way "in" when fliped to the outside (warm) and way out when flipped to "cool"
is this normal?
Thanks, --Lucky

Finally I can help someone!  Yeah, Lucky, I've noticed the same thing on the ones I received from X-Ray.  They work great, but the lever is noticably different from position to position.  Must be the arc of travel of the flapper.

If you have to ask why we do this, you wouldn't understand.
