I have been lurking for a while, and gotten a lot of great advice for the ressurection of my 82 vision.
I got the bike free about 3 months ago and finally today got all the bugs worked out. (well, most of them, anyway)
Carb dissasembly and cleaning and all the other minor stuff, and although I have been riding it a bit, I think it is running great now. Seems like it has had a nimber of half-ass fixes in the past, like all the YICS stuff is gone, but I think I have it all figured out now. It went on a great, smooth ride today, and I love it! What a great bike.
I'm sure I'll be around more now, many thanks to all for the info.
Everything I needed to know was already out there, just had to look!
Thanks!

Good to have you on board.  Us northern guys feel really bad about your being able to ride around in January.  Feel free to share your fixes.  You get to join the Vision Survivors Club for free.

Always looking to hear from another good ole boy,

Louie   ;)
