TCI question - 82 vs 83 interchangeable?

Anyone knows if the TCI's from 82 and 83 are interchangeable?

hey that is what my dad told me but i guess i will take it to heart when i grow up. im 23 and i say screw it, ill act my age. i pay my bills on time but i still party and get into mischeft

but then again im already retired so i dont have much to worry about. (and now i dont have a trust fund but i make enough to pay the bills. if i need more i do a side job)
