carb needles and seats

 While riffling through my old mikuni parts stash, I found out that 83 1100 Maxim needles and seats go directly into 82 and 83 vision carbs, and are a bigtime upgrade due to slightly higher flow rate,neoprene needle tips,needle wired to mechanically open,and better needle compound,making them lighter and less prone to corrosion, given this petroswill that passes for gasoline these days.Groovy news for all visionaries!

What makes it even better is that replacements for the Vision from the dealer are $50 a pop  The Maxim's are only $29.  Still expensive for that little bit of metal, but that still saves $40 for a set of 2!
