turning to sharp

i just repainted my tank and now when i turn the handle bars all the way to the right it hits the tank and has messed up my new paint job. i cant see any adjustments on the front end. it doesent hit when i turn to the left. any tips on how to fix it.

could you have not installed the tank all the way? or lost one of the round rubber bushings it slides onto?

You can also adjust the handle bar risers a bit.
