On/Off PETCOCK

Is there a such thing as off on the 82 vision's petcock I see RES(top) PRI(right) then down (ON) but is there an off?

in the on & reserve positions the petcock must have vacume to open, unless it leaks, "off" is esentially anytime the engine is not producing vacume.  prime is free flowing and the bike should not be left in this position when sitting off because if for any reason either of the float needles should leak, your going to end up with a full tank of fuel on the ground, and a bike on it's side from the asphalt crumbling.  if this happens in front of your buddies you'll never hear the end of it...  :)
