front wheel axle???

so i took off the front wheel assembly offmy 82, and i found that the front axle spacer collar on the right side(non threaded side) has been cracked. does anyone know if yamaha still stocks this part for the vision or any counter parts that may work. or have any ideas as to what to do to make a new one, washers, cut to fit pipe ect.....

 when i changed my front tire last, i think i misplaced a shim or a spacer on the front axle, went to the local yamaha dealer, they looked it up on their computer, i showed them the  piece i was missing, they ordered it, i got it.


 so . i guess they still have some parts available!!!

I've got one you can have for $5 + s&h(~$3).
It might be cheaper than the dealer.
