why is the clutch killing it?

hey, whenever i run my bike , and i pull in the clutch , it stalls?, it wont jerk like the clutch was bad , it just has no throttle controll, y ??? i have a yamaha xt 250 four stroke with 1 cam , i dont know y it is doing this, the sparkplug isnt fauling , ????? i hope some1 could tell me y its doing this , thanx  don

Sounds electrical. There may be a side stand switch like many bikes> when the clutch is pulled in or let out and(or) the bike is in gear>> it dies. You need a Yamaha manual! If it runs in neutral and does not lurch when going in gear and suddenly dies. It's electrical!!! Something is a spark killer.
