I need to buy a tire for my "New to me" 83 RK before I can ride.
What tire have worked best for rainy and windy commutes.

pirelli interstates are good tires ,avon makes a decent one, tire will depend totally on your ability to pay for them. not being a smart a@* , but that is just about the gist of it .
