Hi all

Just a quick few lines. The T600 shock seems to be working well it's set up fairly firm but seems to suit the XZ really well. I can now bowl into corners at much higher speeds without the back end getting out of shape. It just seems to soak everything up and i'm not going to play with any of the settings. In fact it now really shows up the front end - maybe progressive springs are in order.

Off topic - just bought a little SRX 250 as a winter bike (at least it's a Yam). i'm wondering if it hasn't got a 500 motor fitted since it has 500cm3 on the right hand engine cover. I don't think this is the oil capacity? althought I may be wrong. Still got to buy a manual. Eng No. is 517-025622, it's an 86 model. Anyone know - or know a good database on the net?

Cheers

Glyn.
