I have a chance to buy a 550 Vision that fell of a trailer and rolled. The front end and most of the body plastic is broken up but the back wheel drive train and engine area appear in good shape. How much is a bike like this worth for parts? I would likely part it out on ebay or here if you fine vision riders are interested in the parts. Or is there anyone on this forum living in central Alberta Canada that wants it as a parts bike?

Hi there,

I'm around Ottawa, and I never pay more than some 100$ for a Vision that's not running.

An engine that works well, I'd pay up to 200$. A running bike mostly complete, depends; the parts that are really hard to find are a good gas tank, and good mufflers.

I just paid $250 for a large pile of vision parts to include a good engine and lots of other things.

Trailers are evil, just say no!
