The attachment from the crankcase to the hose on the right crankcase is severely rusted.  I'd like to replace.  Does anyone know if this is a press fit?  Or should I just POR 15 it and move on?  Any suggestions is appreciated.  Thanks!!

weather you should POR it is up to you, you'll have to determine how rusty it is.  basicly ask yourself if it's likely to crack or break off, or even if the clamp could crush it.

i looked at a spare cover i have & it's rusted as well.  it is pressed in, but it's not a huge fitting, & i think if you can get it out of there, you should have no problem finding a brass one to replace it with.  it might be a bit of trouble finding a pipe tap large enough, but i'm sure you could find it online. a good plumbing supply store is a place to look too. (know any plumbers?)
