I ordered a head gasket for the XZR550M1 from this place on the 17th.  Sent them 20 bucks via paypal and never heard another peep from them.  I called on Friday and Saturday.  Emailed them yesterday and got one response asking me what I ordered.  I went to paypal to get my money back today after I called the number and received an out of order signal.

The professional response from the seller:SpeedSupplies.com

(parts@speedsupplies.com) has issued you a full or partial refund for your payment.

Message From Seller:
This was a special order part.  Go wait in line at your toothless Yamaha dealer.

Secondly, I don't know a single Yamaha parts guy who's toothless.   ;D


I don't mind doing business with the little guy, but the lack of communications and that kind of attitude just rubs me the wrong way.
