CROV FALL RUN...Sept. 23rd and 24th.. REPORT & PHOTOS!!!!

I've made a reservation for 20  for Saturday nite at the Union Hotel at Volcano.
This is a small gold rush hotel that usually doesn't  see 10 customers a nite.
They have a nice outdoor patio with recorded music, a bar and pool table. They are planning a 50's theme for that nite which includes "comfort food" (home cooking, meatloaf, mashed potatoes etc.).
They will also prepare individual orders off the menu but would like me to:
1) verify a head count and
2) give them an idea of what people want (grilled steaks, chicken, burgers etc.
They want to keep it simple as they don't have a big staff.
Please post your preferences and I will tally it up.

hey, you guys got room for 1 more?!  My wife says I should go and the bike is currently running good.  I'll get out the tent and call in a reservation today.  If there's room for dinner Sat. nite, I,ll go for a burger.  Thanks and look forward to seeing my first vision other than my own!!!

yes I'll be there for dinner!  I think the menu offered steak, chicken or burgers?
I'll choose a burger.  If I need to call in or write elsewhere, let me know.  I am after all a newbie and surely don't have a clue what I'm doing but at least I picked the right kind of bike to get back into it with!!!  Lower Lake is just south of Clear Lake a little northeast of Napa County.

Okay, guys, you can basically count me in for sure on this ride...I just made reservations at Pine Acres and firmed up with the wife whether she'll be going (the answer is no). Since I'll be stag, let me know if anyone wants to share the room (and cost) with me. It's Room #10, a kitchenette...$64 total for the night of the 23rd.

And count me in for steak....drool...mmm....steak.... ;D

As soon as you take a engine out of a frame, you can really see how bad the oil leak really was.... yuck.
