80*80mm PC cooler on R/R?

Well, I found a little photostory http://free-bj.t-com.hr/dpanijan/index.html of the one guy from Croatia about repairing the Vision. And, as you can see on the pictures, he mounted 80*80mm PC cooler on the R/R. I sent him an email about two weeks ago to ask him why he did it, but didn't answer. Anybody have an idea to explain this? As i searched all the stuff aobut the V on the web, I didn't  find anything similar. And it's my neighbour  :)

I suppose he might knew for the ROV. So, Dpanijan, javi se ako mozes i otkrij nam tajnu kulera na regleru!

I just rode some posts of Damir, I saw his V in the adverts, and he salled her few days before I got mine. I think his was in better condition  :)
