I took the fairings off of the bike a while ago and forgot how the headlight bracket works. Somebody sent me a stock one. ALso there are two little bars that stick up vertically what goes on this?

those vertical bars are for the shark fairing. keep them or send them to me  ;)

Looking at the headlight bracket that I have it has two bolt holes that about about 1.5" apart and then it comes up and has the wings thta come forward to hold the headlight. and then the bars thatthe wings come from continue vertically for a couple of inches.

ITs confusing. Does anybody have any detail pics of their headlight bracket without fairing.

Extent

The top of those two bars are supposed to have rubber caps and they slide into the bottom of the top tripple clamp.  The wings of course hold the turn signals and the headlight.
Rider1>No wonder, the Daytona has very sharp steering and aggressive geometry.  It's a very difficult bike for a new rider.
Rider2>Well it has different geometry now.
