Finally back from vacation, and ready for some more vision-tweaking.

Since my oil pressure sensor does not work, I found that I could add a oil pressure gauge instead of the existing light (yes, she is fully dressed). From the forum I learnt that the best place to put a sensor is in the existing oil pressure sensor location.

??? But anyone here that knows the diameter?  ???

I would prefer not to drain oil, find the diameter, refill her, order sensor, drain, and fit....

i believe it's a standard 3/8 or 5/16 pipe thread (i don't think it's metric...)

If anyone else have a spare engine without oil, I would be very pleased if they measured the diameter of the hole the sensor are located. I need this to order the correct sensor.

I just now measured the sensor with gage and it's 1/8-27 NPT. It fits a 1/8-27 NPT thread die perfectly.
