Turn all of the defense lobbyists into Welfare Bums.
Supply the project from steel mills in the rust belt, copper mines in Arizona and tube mills in Pittsburg.

Send the Marines around the world with water well equipment made in Bakersfield, Ca.

Give $30 Billion to a prosecutor team to start convicting the criminals who attacked our country and destroyed our economy.
